Terms of use are nice texts, despite the fact that most users can't really understand what they're trying to say.

We want to do something different this time :) Write4net's terms of use are short and simple. Have fun!

Beginning

You already know: by using Write4net you are automatically accepting these terms.

We are allowed to change the terms anytime, however we'll let you know when that happens. You can then decide if you want to continue using our service.

Copyright

Write4net claims no ownership or control over any content submitted, posted or displayed by you on Write4net service. You or a third-party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any content you submit, post or display on or through Write4net services and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying content on or through Write4net services which are intended to be available to the members of the public, you grant Write4net a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish and distribute such content on Write4net services for the purpose of displaying and distributing Write4net services. Write4net furthermore reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any content at its sole discretion.

Write4net also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.
